PACKING AND STORAGE
• The product should be packed into clean, dry, safe and sealed container, net weight 220 Kg.
• Shelf life: 6 months below 25℃, stored in cool and well
ventilated place.
• Any special packing requirement, please contact our support team
NOTE
• All information in this catalog is based on GB/T8237-2005 standard tests, only for reference; maybe differ from the actual test data.
• In the production process of using resin products, because the performance of user products is affected by multiple factors, it is necessary for users to test themselves before selecting and using resin products.
• Unsaturated polyester resins are unstable and should be stored below 25°C in a cool shade, conveyance in refrigeration car or in nighttime, averting from sunshine.
•Any unsuitable condition of storage and conveyance will cause the shortening of shelf life.
INSTRUCTION
• 7937 resin does not contain wax, accelerator and thixotropic additives.
• 7937 resin is suitable for curing at room temperature and medium temperature. Medium temperature curing is more conducive to production control and product performance assurance. Recommended for medium temperature curing system: tert-butyl peroxide isooctanoate TBPO (content ≥97%), 1% resin content; curing temperature, 80±5℃, curing not less than 2.5 hours. Recommended coupling agent: γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane KH-570, 2% resin content.
• 7937 resin has wide applicability; it is recommended to choose 7982 resin or o-phenylene-neopentyl glycol 7964L resin with higher performance requirements; it is recommended to choose m-phenylene-neopentyl glycol 7510 for higher water resistance, heat resistance and weather resistance. Resin; if the equipment can meet the requirements, please choose low-viscosity isophthalic 7520 resin, which is more economical and has better performance.
• In the production process of the product, after heating and curing, it should be steadily lowered to room temperature, to avoid rapid cooling, to prevent product deformation or cracking, especially in winter. The cutting and polishing of quartz stone in the production process should be carried out after sufficient post-curing.
• The moisture absorption of the filler should be avoided. Excessive moisture content will affect the curing of the product and cause performance degradation.
