Moulded Grating 4 X8 Fiberglass Grating

short description:

Fiberglass molded grating, also known as FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) grating, is a type of industrial flooring used in various construction projects. It is manufactured by combining thermosetting resin with continuous fiberglass rovings in precision molds, resulting in a product that contains approximately 65% resin and 35% fiberglass rovings. This combination optimizes corrosion resistance, UV protection, and structural integrity. The grating is versatile and lightweight, making it easy to install and transport. It is commonly used in hazardous environments, offshore installations, ships, and construction sites due to its non-conductive, non-corrosive, and non-slip properties. The grating is durable, requires minimal maintenance, and can be cut on-site to fit specific purposes. It is available in various mesh patterns, depths, and surface options, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including chemical storage containment areas, elevated walkways, floorings, plating lines, and more.
