What is quartz cloth?

Quartz glass fiber cloth is made by weaving quartz glass fiber yarn through plain, satin, twill and other textile processes. 1. Plain weave: With compact structure, flatness and clear lines, it is suitable for most industrial uses such as electrical insulation materials and reinforcement materials.
2. Twill weave: Compared with plain weave, the same warp and weft yarns can form a fabric with high density, high strength and a relatively loose structure. It is suitable for the base fabric of ordinary reinforcement materials and coated products.
3. Compared with plain weave and twill, satin weave can form a fabric with high density, high unit area mass and higher strength with the same warp and weft yarns. It also has a loose fabric with good hand feel and is suitable for reinforcement materials with high mechanical performance requirements.
